Return & Store Policy

Bike Tech Return/Store Policy

1) Bike Tech will not accept returns on used or damaged items.

2) No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

3) Special order items are not eligible for return at any time.

4) Returns on bicycles are accepted within 5 days after the date of purchase with receipt in new, unridden condition.

  Bicycles that show any signs of use, or are otherwise not in a showroom perfect condition will not be accepted.

  Bicycle returns are at the discretion of the store manager.  Note: Special order bicycles are not eligible for return. 

5) Only merchandise with original and intact packaging will be considered for exchange or refund.

6) Electronics are not eligible for returns.

7) Layaway: Layaways may not exceed 60 days.  After 60 days any deposit will be forfeited and bicycle will be returned to inventory without notice.

8) Special Orders/Work Orders/Repairs: Bike Tech will not be responsible for bicycles or merchandise left in store beyond 30 days from completion date/purchase date.  Items left after 30 days will be forfeited and/or sold/disposed of without notice. 

9) Close-out items are not eligible for return.

10) Items purchased using points from the Rewards Program are eligible for exchange for item(s) of equal or greater value only.

Refunds of reward points or items will not be issued.  Any difference in value must be paid at the time of exchange.
