Shipping and Return Policies
Return Policy Bicycles
- RETAIL LOCATION: Bicycles purchased at one of our retail locations may be returned within 5 days in new, unridden condition. Bicycles that show signs of use or are otherwise not in a showroom perfect condition will not be accepted. Bicycles will be considered eligible for return at the sole discretion of the store manager.
- FREE DELIVERY FOR DADE AND BROWARD: Bicycles purchased and delivered with "Free Delivery in Dade and Broward County" may be returned within 5 days in new, unridden condition. Please contact our ecommerce staff here to arrange your return. Once your bicycle is received, our ecommerce team will inspect and process your return request within 1-2 business days and notify you via email.
- SHIPPED AND PACKAGED BICYCLES: Bicycles that have been packaged and shipped may be returned within 5 days of delivery date. Return shipping charge will be deducted from refund. Bicycle must include original box and all packaging and a Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box. You may request a Return Authorization here. A return shipping label will be emailed to you and must be printed and affixed to the outside of the box following the included instructions. Bicycles returned without authorization will be refused. Bicycles that show signs of use or are otherwise damaged will be subjected to refusal or a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days only once bicycle has been received. You will be notified by email once your refund request has been processed.
Return Policy Non- Bicycle
- Bike Tech will accept non bicycle returns within 30 day of original purchase date. We will not accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days.
- Items must be in new/unopened condition with all original packaging. Used/damaged items will not be accepted. Electronics that have been opened or seal broken may not be returned.
- We will not accept returns on any Special Order item(s).
- All refunds require original receipt. No refund will be issued without original receipt.
- All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
- Request for returns for items purchased online may be done HERE. Our online return policy follows our standard return policy. See Bicycle or Non Bicycle return policy above. Return shipping for non bicycle items will be deducted from refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days once item has been received.
- Free Shipping on orders over $100.00. Some items may have additional shipping charges based on actual or dimensional weight. Shipping is calculated during checkout. We utilize several shipping methods based on the type, weight, size and value of the product being shipped. We ship using FedEx, USPS and UPS. We ship to the lower 48 States only. Most orders will be shipped with insurance, signature required to verified shipping addresses only. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. You can check the status of your order anytime by checking your account status HERE.
International Shipping/Freight Forwarding
- We apologize, we do not currently offer international shipping. Clients wishing to ship to a freight forwarder may experience increased processing time of up to 6 weeks. Please contact us before placing an order shipping to a freight forwarder. Orders placed for shipment to a freight forwarder without contacting our staff first may result in your order being voided/canceled without notice.
- Orders requesting curbside pickup will be notified by phone and/or email when the item is ready for pick up. You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your online account. Once an item is ready for pick up it will be made available for 10 business days. After the 10th day your item may be returned to inventory and your order voided/refunded. We do not offer Curbside Pickup at our retail locations. Curbside pick up is only available from our Curbside location 10am-5pm Monday through Friday:
Backorders/Out of stock
- Some items can be unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable. Items that are unavailable will be removed from your order and we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. Orders that must be split into separate shipments will not exceed the quoted shipping amount on the original order.
Pricing and Accuracy
- Every effort is made to maintain current and accurate inventory and pricing information on our website. Typically our inventory updates every evening. For fast moving/low inventory products, inventory may appear on our website that is already sold out. These items are removed once processing happens the following evening. We appreciate your understanding should any of our pricing, inventory or information provided be incorrect and apologize for any inconvenience these errors may create. We also reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
