July days just got a little cooler with our PRO Air jersey. This is the lightest, coolest jersey we’ve ever produced. Using bonded seams, we’ve eliminated the bulk from stitched seams that can chafe and hold moisture. In fact, the only sewing in the entire jersey is to separate and reinforce the three pockets. The front of this jersey is cut from a stretch weave while the back uses a sublimated knit mesh to provide ultimate breathability. The CB Carbon Lazer Bib is constructed using 6 panels to create a compressive and ergonomic fit that is designed to support the body in motion. THE FIRST AERO JERSEY PROJECT WAS CALLED SPLIT SECOND When Castelli engineered the first aero jersey for road racing back in 2006, everyone thought we were crazy. Back then, aero was only for TTs.
