I had an accident recently and i can tell you from my own experience, this Helmet did its Job, i'm alive because of the Helmet. I crashed and my head hit the floor so bad, the Helmet broke but I'm writing this review because of the Safety of if. I definite recommend it.... I'm on my way to get another one.. thanks
